3. 3 Corporate Body as Main Entry Classify according to the subject Cutter for the name of the corporate body For monographs, add imprint date to make each call number unique Add a work letter to the date if there is more than one publication within the same year For serials, add a work letter to the last Cutter begin with “a” and in order of receipt

Assign the same Cutter to all publications by the same corporate body in the same class, including translations, editions, etc. For non-jurisdictional corporate names, ignore subheadings when establishing the Cutter For jurisdictional corporate names, base the Cutter on the main entry and first subheading
