ADVANTAGES OF LETTERS & EMAILSDISADVANTAGES OF LETTERS & EMAILS

5 Letters & emails are simple and cheap to create and send. Sometimes letters and emails may not get a response. Both methods are good for getting answers to straightforward, direct questions. Waiting on the return of your letter can take time. Taking the time to write a letter or email is personal and more likely to get a response. The respondent may not fully understand your questions and not give a clear response. Emails are a very quick method of communication. You might not get direct responses to your questions, rather just leaflets that are not useful. Writing personally to a person or organisation could result in the return of lots of useful information. Advantages and Disadvantages Letters and Emails
