1 Work Out Plans!!!! By: Annalyn Hansen “It’s so easy a 3 year old can do it!!’’

2 Health Triangle!!!!  The physical part in the health triangle has to do with your PHYSICAL appearance!!  MENTAL/EMOTIONAL- you cannot eat all the other foods some of the people around you eat. Emotionally, this can be very hard.  Socially, you must communicate to your trainer about your diet, and how you are doing emotionally.

3 SETTING GOALS!!!  When starting your work out plan it is important you have a goal to reach toward and focus on!!!  Example!!!  My Dad is in to powerlifting… He will be going to worlds soon so he taped his goal to our garage door so that when he leaves he will always see his goal! “635”  These people all followed their goals and now they are world champions!!!!

4 FINDING…..  A good and knowledgeable trainer is important to find. He/she will be able to help you throughout you process!  David aka “Big Dave” is Team Body Evolutions coach and trainer!!

5 POWERLIFTING!!!  Powerlifting is a great work out because it pushes you to go beyond your limits and work harder and pull more.  It works on your balance and good grip on the bar!  Also a great stress reliever!!  605!bs whoa!!515 lbs.!!

6 BODY BUILDING!!  Body Building is one of the best sports you can do. It does more the just work on your body structure, but also on your control of stress and eating habits.

7 WORKOUT MOVEMENTS!!!  When doing your work out you must do the movement properly. That way you avoid hurting yourself. Proper movements also allow you to breakdown the muscle in order for it to re-grow. Proper workout movements also allow you to lift more weight, pushing your body, to lose more fat!

8 HOW TO DO A PROPER WORKOUT!!!  Start with abs do a bought 3 sets of 15 doing crunches, frog kicks and leg lifts for a total of 15-20 min.  Then do a half hour to an hour of cardio which is funning cycling walking etc.  Lastly do your main part of you work out which is weights start with light weight and slowly move up!!

12 ACTIVITY TIME!!!  Go out side and we will be doing a 5-6 min. workout!!!
