Depending on how each department and division performs, each Business Analyst has the potential to earn up to a $4,000 bonus. In order to receive the bonus you must meet individual performance criteria and be a Target Corporation team member at the time of pay out. As you are promoted from one position to the next, the eligibility will increase: Buyer/Manager(1st level), $8,000; Buyer/Manager(2nd level), $12,000; Buyer/Manager (3rd level), $16,000; Sr. Buyers run off of a different program, up to 50% of salary.
