5. How Do I Get Access to the Portal for Parents? Previous ParentCONNECT users have access...

6. You have a previous ParentCONNECT account if you... Ever used ParentCONNECT to view your childs grades or attendance. Ever used SRS (Student Reservation System) to: Change any of your childs information. Reserve a seat in a school. Apply for a PCS magnet or fundamental school.

7. Forgotten your previous ParentCONNECT username and/or password? Visit a nearby school to receive this information.

8. How to obtain an account if you have never previously had a ParentCONNECT account? Visit a nearby school to apply and bring a valid ID (one of the following): Drivers License State ID card Visa (not the credit card) Military ID Passport Green Card

9. With a previous ParentCONNECT account your new... Username: p. (the letter p and a period) followed by your ParentCONNECT username. Password: Your ParentCONNECT password typed in ALL CAPITAL Letters – if not at least 6 letters and/or numbers, add enough Zs to the end to equal six characters.

10. If you have a new account... Username & Password will be given to you by the school. Type as exactly as shown (a mixture of upper and lower case letters and numbers).

11. To access Portal for Parents: Go to the Pinellas County Schools website: http://www.pcsb.org http://www.pcsb.org Click on the PCS Portal icon on the home page.
