3 2 Transmission System Inspections: Following 2004 hurricane season, entire system patrolled Helicopter patrol (Infrared/vegetation) Ground patrol Prioritized six year detailed inspection cycle 230kV towers and lattice structures Coastal 138kV, 69kV circuits Transmission serving key infrastructure On pace for six year cycle

10 9 Outage Reporting Project: Available for Outage & Emergency Calls Instead of busy or no answer, call is auto-routed to separate IVR system integrated with OMS Transparent to customer Estimated restoration times provided Increased flexibility with 3 levels for disasters 1: Play Broadcast message to all callers 2: Process Emergency Calls only 3: Accept Outage & Emergency Calls during any event up to 30,000 calls simultaneously
