2 Political freedom and rights The right to an identity (the right to name and civil registration of births, the child's right to know who his parents, right to citizenship) Freedom of expression - the state shall encourage the mass media to deliver and disseminate information and material of social and cultural significance to the child inaccordance with the objectives of education and undertake to protect children from harmful information and materials

3 Freedom of thought, conscience and religion - depending on the attitude of the state towards religion shall be respected and the right of individuals to their religion, whether the child has the right to choose religion independently, conscientious objection Freedom of association and peaceful assembly - the children themselves have the power to claim their rights over the children's organization

6 HEALTH AND SOCIAL PROTECTION A child is entitled to the highest attainablestandard of health and health care, special attention is paid to primary care, prevention,health education and reducing infant and child mortality The child has the right to social protection andsocial security

7 Social welfare (poverty, hunger, orphans, childrenwith disabilities, children with behavioral disorders, child abuse and neglect) The link between poverty and education, health strategy: - Assistance to some categories of childrenand families that are below the poverty line - Improving accessibility, quality and efficiencyof social services for children - A systemic long-term, preventive and developmental strategies - Development of a plan of priority actions andareas of local development strategies

8 Education The child has the right to education The state is obliged to ensure free and compulsory education, to encourage differentforms of secondary education accessible to all and provide access to higher education inaccordance with the capacities of the child Academic disciplines will be conducted inaccordance with the rights of the child and with respect for their dignity

9 Special protection measures Child with disabilities refugee children child in armed conflict a child member of a minority group Juvenile justice child exploitation Sexual exploitation, child labor and child trafficking, drug abuse (illicit use of narcotic and psychomotor substances) ?
