14. What I Liked I learned that in the olden days if people had a fire you had to pump a big bar on the fire truck, it took more than one person. An interesting part is when I learned that Lucy’s mom gave her a sewing machine and Lucy made her own dresses. They were beautiful. My favorite part was about the Civil War, I now know that Rutherford B. Hayes was in the war. He was injured three times. He rode his horse Old Whitey in the war.
