2 Rock = A meaningful metaphor The name Rock refers to the fact that God is the foundation of everything. He alone is immovable and unbreakable. In God there is no need to fear because He will not crumble, and as long as we trust in Him neither will we. A shelter from danger and anxiety

3 Rock=Refuge “The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, A refuge in times of trouble. And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You.” Psalm 9:9,10

4 Rock=Refuge “ Deliver me, O LORD, from my enemies; In You I take shelter.” Psalm 143:9

5 Rock=Refuge “In You, O LORD, I put my trust; Let me never be ashamed; Deliver me in Your righteousness. Bow down Your ear to me, Deliver me speedily; Be my rock of refuge, a fortress of defense to save me.” Psalm 31:1,2
