“So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.”
The Leaders of Israel were wicked men.

3. Psalm 15
“LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? {2} He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; {3} He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; {4} In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the LORD; He who swears to his own hurt and does not change; {5} He who does not put out his money at usury, Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.”

4. Introduction God looks for godly men in a wicked world.
The Christian man is God’s man in today’s world
Don’t be fooled into believing the world’s definition of a “real man” It is not God’s man!

Interesting that “legal age” in our society revolves around right to drink.

“Then King Rehoboam consulted the elders who stood before his father Solomon while he still lived, and he said, ‘How do you advise me to answer these people?’ {7} And they spoke to him, saying, ‘If you will be a servant to these people today, and serve them, and answer them, and speak good words to them, then they will be your servants forever.’ {8} But he rejected the advice which the elders had given him, and consulted the young men who had grown up with him, who stood before him.”

27. Real Men! Conclusion God is looking for REAL MEN!
