Team: Devious Disputers System:Team Wikispeed AEP Strategic Values/Objectives Rapid product evolution Faster functional prototypes Reconfigurable design Save money on design Create greater customization Descriptive Statement The agile engineering process used by team wikispeed were implemented to provide increased design flexibility and speed while using fewer resources distributed across diverse locations. This process is being used to create a high efficiency sports car built with a completely modular design that will be later adapted to other vehicles.

Response Situation Analysis Correction Variation Reconfigu- ration Expansion (and Contraction of Capacity) Migration Improvement Modification (Add/Sub Capability) Creation (and Elimination) Proactive Reactive Change Domain Speed to create a final product. Communication amongst team members Prototypes Designs Successful product The process will need to change to allow team wikispeed to scale from prototyping and development to true manufacturing. Resources need to be shifted as the car approaches release. If the line departs from a unified design or decides to approach another problem to solve Test results show that the prototype is severely flawed. What will the team do if part of the problem become redefined? Iteration rate Hours worked by volunteers Progress morale Will the team be able to maintain the rate of production? When the group expands production how will it solve logistics issues? Broke up the design process into parts so that it is easier to manage. Change/Response Issue
