6 Organizational Development Focus is the team/organization Addresses content areas specific to a given team: relationship, resources, mission effectiveness, etc. Focuses on improving or repairing specific relationships on a specific team: trust building, team building Focuses on changing the system surrounding the members of that specific team Emotional Wellness Departmental Services Focus is on the emotional health of each individual member of the team Teaches universal principles and concepts that apply to all people in all teams Reducing individual stress/distress and improving individual functioning is the target goal Improving team relationships/mission effectiveness is a natural by-product of the work, not the intent of the work Not intended for the facilitation process to address systemic issues, but to enable team members to creatively move towards wise, positive systems change Emotional Wellness Education – Current Vehicles Departmental Services
