5. Way Forward The government should strictly implement anti corruption policy. The government policy should be directed towards improving the capability of human resources. The government policy should attract foreign investment for the utilization of available huge amount of water resources

6. Way Forward Efforts should be made to improve the basic infrastructures for tourism development.
