Incorporation of Baltic Room and Heated Deck. Laboratory outfitting. –Technical requirements for GOULD. Refinement of proposed layout. –Technical requirements for PALMER re-bid –Ship-Station interactions. –Development of scientific requirements for PALMER replacement (curently on-hold)
