Strategies to use in the classroom: Provide consistent modeling. Require respect for everyone all the time. Allow for freedom of inquiry and respectful expression. Provide opportunities to share ideas and creative thinking. Create mentoring experiences with other children. Display work samples or photos of the children working appropriately.
