Data Collection Are we missing data? –Contractors must file all claims even if they have reached their funding ceiling –Contracts must file all appeals even if they have reached their funding ceiling –Contractors must file all Title X encounters even though this will not result in payment –Contractors must ensure they use only TPIs to file family planning claims/encounters that they have shared with DSHS via clinic forms
