4 Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) Promotes, protect and ensures the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights by all persons with disabilities Entered into force 2008 154 signatories 126 ratifications and accessions 90 signatories to the Optional Protocol and 76 ratifications and accessions of the Protocol

5 Victim assistance is a legal obligation Entered in to force in 2010 111 countries have joined the Convention; 77 are States Parties Vientiane Action Plan (VAP) Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM)
