2 Ukrainian Nuclear Data Center Activity for creation of Centre was started in 1991. UKRNDC was established as a subdivision within the Department of Neutron Physics at the Kyiv Institute for Nuclear Research of NAS of Ukraine in 1996. Beginning 1998, UKRNDC is a member of the Nuclear Reaction Data Centers Network under auspices of the IAEA. 7 Nuclear Data Libraries Basic Libraries contain nuclear-physics information, reflexed present-day level of knowledge in different fields of nuclear physics (experimental, theoretical). Specialized Libraries are created from Basic Libraries. They contain the part of information which is needed for solving the given task. 8 Basic libraries CSISRS/EXFOR contain experimental data on nuclear reactions for incident neutrons, charged particles and photons. ENDF/B Libraries (Evaluated Nuclear Data Files) contain evaluated nuclear data for incident neutrons, photons and charged particles. Sublibrary #10 is for neutron. They are the basis for creation of specializied libraries needed for neutron transport calculations in atomic energy field. ENSDF contains evaluated nuclear structure and decay information for over 2900 nuclides.
