2 Background In TGac simulation scenario #4 (in-home entertainment with OBSS), there are two types of walls. (room walls, outside walls) It is needed to define its wall penetration loss for realistic network simulation. 4 January 2011 When We Set Wall Penetration Loss, It depends quite a lot upon several factors such as –Frequency –Structure of wall (& number of layers in the structure) –Materials of wall (& mixing or not) –Wet or dry –Window or not (& size of window) –And so on It is not possible to set a typical value covering all cases.
