The Aspiritus Points RMR pays commissions whenever someone in Your Downline achieves their Q-points sales targets and earns the right to upgrade their RMR Status Every time they do, You receive RMR Points Your RMR Points can be converted into Credits every week – these Credits can be spent on Aspiritus games or converted into cash subject to the Aspiritus T&C’s You are connected to Members in Your Downline and can assist them to achieve their goals by educating them about the Aspiritus games. When Your Downline plays the games and buy Product Packages, You can earn Points RMR. Your Sponsor and Upline are also connected and benefit from Your success so they can also help You to achieve Your goals

Members with Ruby RMR Status are not eligible for Aspiritus Points RMR To receive Points RMR You must upgrade Your RMR status to Sapphire, Emerald or Diamond Information on how to use Q-points to upgrade Your RMR Status can be found in Part II of this presentation and the Information Page: How to Upgrade Your RMR Status with Q-points Buy a Bronze Product Package (225 Q-points) Sponsor one Member in each of Your branches who buys a Bronze Product Package each (2 x 32 = 64 Q-points) Total Q-points: 289 Sponsor one Member who buys a Gold Product Package Total Q-points: 355 Sponsor a lottery player who buys 15 full price Sweepstakes8 tickets (15 x 2 = 30 Q-points) That Member sponsors someone else who buys Gold Product Package (232 Q-points) That Member then sells his or her virtual shares in VirtuDAQ (that form part of the Product Package) for €500 then turns that amount over twice in the Casino - €1,000 turnover gives 2 x 7 = 14 Q-points Total Q-points: 278 Buy a Silver Product Package Total Q-points: 1500 Note: After You upgrade to Sapphire RMR Status, the balance of Your Q-points (1,500 less 275 = 1,225) will count towards You upgrade to Emerald RMR Status Buy a Bronze Product Package (225 Q-points) Create a Q-force of 4 Members, each of whom turn over €1,000 each in the games - €4,000 turnover gives 8 x 7 = 56 Q-points Total Q-points: 281 Option 1 Option 2 Option 3 Option 4 Option 5 All You need is 275 Q-points to upgrade Your RMR Status from Ruby to Sapphire and participate in the Points RMR… … here’s how You can do it…

Copyright © ASPIRITUS N.V 2005 All Rights Reserved Slide 6 of 13 Step 2: RMR Points Generation You receive RMR Points whenever someone in Your Downline upgrades their RMR Status RMR Points are generated for every Member in the Upline – this is different to the Gameplay RMR which is distributed up the Sponsor Chain RMR Status Upgrade RMR Points Generated Ruby to Sapphire (275 Q-points) 5 Ruby to Emerald (1,750 Q-points) 50 Ruby to Diamond (3,000 Q-points) 100 Sapphire to Emerald (1,500 Q-points) 45 Emerald to Diamond (1,350 Q-points) 50 Sapphire Diamond (2,750 Q-points) 95 Remember the example from the previous sections… 100 + 50 5 5 5 5 + 5 100 + 50 + 5 100 + 50 + 5 This Member may have upgraded using Q-points from Gameplay or Product Package sales. Copyright © ASPIRITUS N.V 2005 All Rights Reserved Slide 7 of 13 Work together to maximise Your Aspiritus Points RMR Unlike the Gameplay RMR, You can earn commissions in the Aspiritus Points RMR from Members in Your Downline You haven’t introduced When a Member You Sponsor upgrades, You, Your Sponsor and whole Upline benefit… When Your Sponsor places someone in Your Downline You, Your Sponsor and everyone in between benefits… Members further “Upline” can also place new Members in Your Downline … and so on You control where Your Sponsored Members are placed in Your Downline – make sure You set Your Placement Preferences in the Personal Profile section of the Member Zone. Work with Your Upline to structure Your Downline to maximise Your RMR!!

If yes … how many Steps do You have? 3. RMR Points for converted Steps are then removed – the balance carries over to the next week 4. Each Step is then converted to €65 in RMR Credits up to a maximum of €50,000 5. If You qualify to receive Aspiritus Points RMR in a given week You also qualify for a Q-force Bonus if You have 4 or more Direct Referrals with Sapphire, Emerald or Diamond RMR Status Q-force bonuses are in addition to any Credits received through the normal Aspiritus Points RMR – so you can earn a maximum of €100,000 per Business Centre each week (€50,000 Aspiritus Points RMR plus €50,000 Q-force Bonuses!!) In addition to the Credits generated from Your Points RMR You receive a percentage of the Credits paid to Your Direct and Secondary Referrals, up to a maximum of €50,000, as follows … No. of Direct Referrals who have attained Sapphire, Emerald or Diamond RMR Status % of RMR entitlement of Direct Referrals % of RMR entitlement of Secondary Referrals 4-710%- 8-1120%- 12+20%10%

Copyright © ASPIRITUS N.V 2005 All Rights Reserved Slide 15 of 13 Step 8: Points Expiry Rules Your Aspiritus RMR Points have a limited life – to maintain them You need to accumulate at least 300 Q-points from Gameplay in 8 weeks If You do not, then 50% of the RMR Points in Your Left and Right branches will expire after the initial 8 week period After that, You will need 300 Q-points every 8 weeks to maintain Your RMR Points As a guide, if You, one Direct Referral and one Secondary Referral qualify to convert their RMR Points into Credits each week then You will be well on the way to meeting the Points Expiry Rules. The more activity in Your Q-force, the easier it is to qualify

Copyright © ASPIRITUS N.V 2005 All Rights Reserved Slide 16 of 13 Step 9: Maxout for another Business Centre You can earn up to €50,000 each week in RMR Credits (in addition to a Q-force Bonus up to €50,000) If You receive €50,000 RMR Credits 4 weeks in a row, You receive a new Business Centre The new Business Centre is placed directly above Your original position in the Network When Your new Business Centre reaches “maxout” You receive another one … and so on There is no limit to the number of Business Centres You can establish Your potential really is infinite…
