5 Research methodology TTCs  All TTCs in Rwanda (then 13 in total, currently 16) participated from May to July 2014  Data collection from May to July 2014  Self-report  Self-report questionnaire presented to all teacher educators (response rate of 77%)  228 questionnaires completed (response rate of 77%) situation of TTCs  Descriptive analysis to draw a picture of the situation of TTCs in Rwanda influencing factors  Exploratory multiple regression analysis to identify influencing factors
