3. READ ME Do NOT delete or add slides in this game. Not all of the slides in this file will play during a slideshow. The first eight slides are hidden from slideshow view and include game instructions and sample question formats.

4. READ ME Creating new questions: Edit the question slides to add your questions and answers (Slides 8 – 22). Beginning on the first question slide, enter your question in the labeled textbox. Now enter the correct answer in the text box labeled “Enter Correct Answer”. Enter three alternative “wrong” answers in each of the other answer boxes labeled “Enter Wrong Answer”. Repeat these steps until you have entered all of the game questions. (Note: One of four (A,B,C, & D) buttons is designated as the correct answer for each slide. You can switch the position of the “Correct Answer" button and re-label accordingly to mix things up a bit.) Note: If you leave slideshow view, the scores will be reset to zero.

5. READ ME Other Game Edits: Edit the opening slides (Slides 6 & 7) to include your game and other comments. Save the file and your ready to play. Note: If you are using PowerPoint 2007, you should also save it as a.PPTX format to take advantage of all of the features of the new version of PowerPoint. Using Game Buttons: While in Slide Show View, move from the “All The Way (Slide 6) and Let the Game Begin (Slide 7)” screens, by clicking the red arrow button in the lower right side of your screen and move to the first question ($100 value question – Slide 8). Click on one of the ( A, B, C & D) buttons to select a correct answer. If a slide appears indicating your answer is correct, select “Return to Question”, then click on the “Correct Answer” button. This will highlight the correct answer and introduce the “Next Question” button. Click “Next Question” to continue to the next level question. If a slide appears indicating your answer was incorrect, select “Retry” to continue or “End Show “ to end the game.

6. ADDING OTHER FILES TO A QUESTION Title Opens any other file on your computer. Opens another PowerPoint. Save this file as a PPS to have it open in Slideshow mode. Opens a Website if connected to the internet. You can add another PPS, an other file or a URL to a particular question. On the button labeled Title, right click and select Action Settings… Select “Hyperlink to” and the type of application you wish to open. When copied & pasted to a question slide, this button will start the selected file. Edit “Title” to change button name.
