You can add buttons to the Quick Access Toolbar. You can remove buttons from the Quick Access Toolbar. It is easy to reset the Quick Access Toolbar. 5

You can create new groups on all tabs. You can add new main tabs and tool tabs. You can remove all of the new tabs, groups, and commands that you create. 10

Other users can import those settings and replace their Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar settings with the customized settings. 11

Changes to the default settings will be saved in the personal template and not in the Normal.dotm template. You can create new documents based on the new template. You can customize the list of AutoCorrect entries. You can use AutoCorrect to quickly insert text you use over and over again. 16
