2 Financials DPDA Income: $294,179.16 DPDA Expenses: $300,622.52 DPDA NOI ($6,443.36) Highlights include:  2014 FFF Sponsorships at $20K and increase of $11K from 2013  PSK even income from 2014 picked up in Q4 to fall in line with 2013 income  PFM down $5k compared to budget  Repairs and Maintenance higher than anticipated in PSK ($9K overall for 2014)

3 Strategic Work Plan and Branding  July 2014 DPDA Board and City Council approved a 5 year strategic work plan  Completion of DPDA rebranding efforts including DPDA, PSK, and PFM  Launch of DPDA website integrated PSK, DPDA, and PFM as one interactive website complete with database tracking and online scheduling for PSK

8 Main Street Accreditation Many of Washington's communities, like thousands of communities across the country, are using the National Main Street Center's 4-Point Approach® effectively to address the complex and changing issues facing the downtown business environment. The Main Street Approach provides a flexible framework that puts the traditional assets of downtown, such as unique architecture and locally-owned businesses to work as a catalyst for economic growth and community pride. Community’s just starting downtown revitalization as well as those with more experience are creating lasting economic impact through the Main Street Approach.
