3. 3 Setting personal objectives Take five minutes to write at least two personal objectives with respect to your participation and affix them to the flipchart or board in front of the room. I will group and categorize them, and we will discuss them in a large group.

4. 4 Course focus and objective To learn about and the Global Performance Benchmarking report and the significance of its rankings to investment promotion intermediaries. To improve your effectiveness in the GIPB-specific investment facilitation topics of: Investor inquiry handling and Online presentation of investor information.

5. 5 Course structure There are two full days of large group, small group, and individual exercises. Each day features some interactive sessions with high participation requirements. There is an overnight assignment on day two. Discuss agenda in binder.
