3 3 Collective Impact: S4C’s Collaborative Approach to Better Outcomes Independent collaboration of public education providers serving Santa Cruz County Membership Colleges: Cabrillo, CSUMB, UCSC School Districts: Bonny Doon, Happy Valley, Live Oak, Mountain, Pacific, Pajaro Valley, San Lorenzo Valley, Santa Cruz City, Scotts Valley, Soquel Union Other Educational: SCCOE Alternative Education, ROP, Public Charters HQ at SCCOE, funded by grants and memberships

5 5 AB790 Linked Learning Grant $80K planning grant, to prepare for development of pathways Provided technical support and training from ConnectEd District LL Director training sessions November 2013 LL Orientation Support for development of our Career Pathways Trust application 5
