8 Lifebushido New Escalated - used when you first enter the lead Waiting on Agent Confirm - used at the 24 hour check in Not an A Lead – used when lead is not ready to buy/sell Dead Lead – Not going to buy/sell Confirmed Golden Egg - used after the client confirms of A Lead Tracking - used while agent is working with lead Meeting - Showing - used if you book and appointment with the lead and your client Client - Under Contract - used after the lead goes under contract but before the lead closes Client Closed - used after closing while Golden Egg is being confirmed Status is VERY important

12 Lifebushido Lead and Agent Info Notes History - All notes go here from you calling go here. Please start from the beginning. Database Record Link – TBA Email – Lead email address Phone – Lead telephone number Source – The database source you are calling from, i.e. BoomTown, Top Producer, etc. If it is not listed please add it Agent – The agent this lead is assigned. (Note: Agent and Client may be different). If not listed, please add them. Client Status – Input if client is active/inactive

Please reply to all within 24 hours acknowledging receipt of this lead. Please update Top Producer/BoomTown, etc with the status of the lead, and reply back to all within three days with results of the live answer and the next call back date. 16 Lifebushido Monthly (for BAB – Sales ONLY) Take a few minutes monthly to check your A leads in the People database. After these leads close, you should email Steve and cc calling@bestagentbusiness.com verifying the closing. After Steve verifies this, you may bill five hours under special - golden egg in goal actions. If there are no notes, please call your lead monthly to discuss their status.calling@bestagentbusiness.com Here is how to create the PDF of all ‘A’ Leads for your client. 21 Print Options: Print the report as a table, and Click ‘OK’ Include date and include summary, and Click ‘Continue’ Creating PDF of Client’s Leads

22 Lifebushido Print: Choose your “CutePDF Writer” as your Printer Change your Page Orientation to: Landscape Click Print Choose the location your would like it saved Now send the PDF as an attachment to Client Creating PDF of Client’s Leads
