5 Growth in NMDs in THP+FC SILPs continue to be the most prevalent placement for NMDs. 2,422 youth were placed in a SILP as of 10/1/13 This represents 31% of all placements for 18 to 20 year-olds. 54% At this rate of growth, there will be approximately 2,600 NMDs placed in THP+FC by 10/1/15

10 THP+FC Rate Increase  California Necessities Index (CNI) rate increase of 2.65% for THP+FC  Announced by CDSS 11/25/13 (ACL 13-62E)  Retroactive to July 1, 2013 Rate Increases are as follows: Housing ModelOriginal RateRate as of 7/1/13 Single (staffed) site:$2,797$2,871 Remote site:$2,797$2,871 Host Family:$2,225$2,284
