2 librarians, 4 non-exempt, and 1 exempt Functions responsible for: Electronic Resources Acquisitions & Licensing, Activation, Maintenance, and Support Coordination of vendor and consortial offers, renewals, payments Payments for materials acquisitions invoices, plus related fiscal coordination

7 Metadata Services / Batchprocessing unit overview
Supervisor (exempt) and four (non-exempt) staff Functions responsible for: Batch loading of vendor MARC records for ebooks Electronic resources cataloging Government Documents technical processing Metadata projects

8 Metadata Services / Data Support unit overview
Supervisor (exempt) and five (non-exempt) staff Functions responsible for: Monographic copy cataloging of print titles Serials cataloging of print and microform titles Catalog and database maintenance activities
