9. Problem What to do:  Engage stakeholders in sharing their perspectives on the problem  Use systems thinking tools to analyze the problem  Reach agreement on problem dimensions and root causes

10. Vision Space Vision What to do:  Gather views about and reach agreement on what success looks like

11. Solution Space Goal: Agreement on a solution(s) that everyone is willing to support Solution What to do:  Identify & evaluate potential solutions  Reach agreement on which solutions to be executed.

12. Execution What to do:  Develop timeline for carrying out steps to implementing and evaluating chosen solution – make sure to clarify who, what, when & how  Execute!
