Benefits of Dietary Supplements Proper Metabolism – Helps absorb nutrients in foods, for example B Vitamins Promotes Tissue Maintenance and Repair – Calcium and Vitamin D help promote tissue growth and bone strength Prevents Disease – Vitamins like A, C, and E are antioxidants that help neutralize oxidative damage from free radicals that cause cancer.

Acidophilus Found in mouth, intestine, and vagina. Produces Vitamin K, and Lactase. Found in certain types of foods. Safety – safe but most common side affect is gas.
