4 SIMPLE PAST They worked hard yesterday
Did they work ...? They didn´t work... He worked hard yesterday Did he work...? He didn´t work...

5 ADVERBS YESTERDAY THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY
LAST... ( WEEK, YEAR, CLASS...ETC.) (time period)...AGO WHEN + CLAUSE IN THE PAST DEFINITE TIME IN THE PAST.

10 PAST PROGRESSIVE/ continuous

11 WHEN TO USE To emphasize the length of an action in the past.
