21 MILITARY AND OVERSEAS CITIZENS Can register up to 5:00 pm on the day before an election. WHEN? Can register using a regular voter registration form, Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) or a Federal Write- in Absentee Ballot (FWAB). HOW? If not currently an existing registered voter, and uses an FPCA or FWAB to register, then registration lasts only during the calendar year in which the person submitted the form. These are the TEMPORARY voters. HOW LONG? Military and Overseas voters are entitled to a full ballot. WHAT?

31 NO LONGER QUALIFIED (DEATH, MOVES, ETC.) How do we know? No-contact mailings every two years after a General Election. NCOA mailings semi-annually in January and July
