3 Responsibilities of a Host  Provide accommodations, transportation, food.  A place to live and sleep  Transportation to/from school  Meals  Cook, take out, eat out  Any activities that are not provided

5 How is CCHS preparing?  Planning all of the logistics for their arrival.  Keeping students and teachers engaged during school hours.  Providing cultural experiences outside of the school day.

It is NOT possible for EF to provide passports or visas Passports Valid passports are required for all travelers. Passport applications may take up to 14 weeks to process – please plan in advance. Important Note: Passports must be valid for at least six months after our return date. Visas Some destinations may require travel visas.
