43. Filtering data allows users to select specific data to work with. Filter expired members and mail them a letter to renew! Filter current paid members and print a roster listing. Filter by continuous years and send a congratulatory letter!

50. Click OK and your e-mail will open. Type in the text and send. Send an e-mail to current person, all people set in a filter, or to all people in the database.

53. Please Note: Processing Renewals in AIM does not update National Headquarters. Renewals must be submitted through the Department. This feature in AIM allows posts to track renewals sent to the Department for processing. Importing data files from National will over ride the AIM database. Please make sure your transmittals have posted prior to importing a current data file into AIM!
