P OSSIBLE USE IN BUSINESS MARKETING PLAN It’s a growing site so there is a lot of future potential for an even larger market of consumers a possible business could advertise to. According to a November 2011 study, Tumblr users spend more time on the site than Twitter, Myspace, Linkedin, and Google+ combined; allowing for more possibilities to view advertisements. Users looking for relevant topics find your business’s Tumblr page making it one click away from your website or blog, which can lead your interested audience into learning more about your company with direct links to products, services, offers, and promotions. Tumblr also has potential to create unintentional brand recognition for companies (ex: cars, clothes, products shown in images)

U NIQUE Tumblr’s images and files are available to everyone and not just members, so anyone can see anything on the website. Tumblr is integrated with Google Analytics, so keywords can be monitored to see what’s interesting and what’s not, helping the site stay relevant. Mainly, Tumblr is a blogging site where people post images and files based on many topics whereas other sites are more focused on social networking. https://www.tumblr.com/
