3 What are Germs? GGerms are small organisms which are found iin dirty places and they cause diseases.  when the proper temperature and foods are aavailable, and there is enough time, germs sstart to grow and reproduce rapidly

4 Where Are Germs Found?  The Most Common Place in Which Germs Are Located &Reproduce Rapidly is :

5 How To Keep Germs Out Of Your Kitchen ?  You Should do the Following :  Wash Sponges Wash Sponges  Paper Towels Paper Towels  Kitchen Sinks Kitchen Sinks  Cutting Boards Cutting Boards  Blender Jars Blender Jars  Wooden Utensils Wooden Utensils  Aprons Aprons  Dish Towels Dish Towels  Countertops Countertops  Hands Hands

6 Wash Sponges You Should Sterilize Sponges By: 1-Rinsing between each use. 2- Keeping dry.

7 Paper Towels  Paper towels should be used once &  then thrown away.

8 Kitchen Sinks  Sinks should be sanitized between use,  Or else  The bacteria will flourish and travel around the kitchen.

9 Cutting Boards TThey should be washed well with hot water & soap between each use OOR DDisinfected by using a small spoonful of chlorine bleach added to one gallon of water.

10 Blender Jars They need to be washed & dried between uses because they are sometimes carriers of bacteria

11 Wooden Utensils  Wooden spoons & plates damage easily. Therefore,  They must be regularly replaced.

12 Aprons  The apron protect your clothes from stains.  so  They must be washed daily.

13 Dish Towels  It is much better for dishes and utensils to be air dried after washing.  Avoid drying dishes and utensils using cloth dish towels.

14 Countertops TThere is a large number of mmicrobes on countertops. So they should be cleaned with Clean cloth and steriling solution.

15 Hands  Your hands are carriers of germs from one  place to another so you should wash your  hands well with soap and warm water  between each use.

16 Conclusion:  Germs are regarded as the enemies of healthy life so we should fight them as possible as we can.
