5 REBOOT If the computer is not responding, click the Power button on the task bar. Select Restart.

6 Trouble Logging On?

7 Password Problems?  Retype your username and password.  Check letters than might actually be other letters or numbers: 0 and O, I, L, and 1…  Check capitalization.  Make sure there are no spaces before or after the username or password.  Try typing the password in the username field so you can see if you are typing it correctly.

8 No Log On Servers Error  “There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.”  This means the computer is having trouble finding the wireless network.  Wait a minute and try again.  Swipe to the left. Click  Check the wireless icon.  If it looks like this, click it, choose BCPS- SECURE and enter your username and password.

9 No Internet Connection  Swipe to the left. Click  Then select the wi-fi icon ( ) and check to make sure that you are connected to the BCPS network.
