What mechanisms are in place to collect user feedback? What are the take up, use, participation rates? What are the efficiency gains? What are the effectiveness gains? Is your case recognised in your region or country?

At what stage in the development of a project would you consider good practice sharing the most useful (e.g. planning, design, implementation, roll- out, monitoring, etc.)?
