12. 2015 Troop User Guides Each Troop participating will be given a
2015 Troop Guide Envelope.
It serves as your program guide and for
final paperwork to be turned in.

Enter Login & Password assigned to you by your service unit fall magazine & nut manager

14. Troop Information Set Up
Click Troops icon
Update leader and troop product manager information, if necessary
Select your troop level, all levels default to Troop Proceeds WITH Recognitions, Cadette, senior and Ambassador troops can select the WITHOUT Recognitions option
Be sure to click Save

15. Review Girl Names in your Troop

Click the Girl Orders icon
Review girl names listed in your troop
Please do not delete any girl names
Click Add Girl Name if necessary
Enter the Girl name and Click Add Girl Name
Girl Names can be entered at any time during the sale

Click the Girl Orders icon
Follow the steps 1-4 under Troop Order Instructions
Use Tab to move through each entry field for the girl order
Order only the exact number of nut/candy items sold since products may not be returned
If a girl does not turn in money for her sales, do not place her order for her

17. Girl Orders Click Save after entering each girl order
Enter the girl recognition choices for those earned
Click Save again to confirm recognitions
Only Submit troop order after all girl orders have been entered by clicking pink button
After submitting you will be locked from making changes to your order

18. Bank Summary and Bank Deposit Details
Click the Bank Deposit icon
Select Add Bank Deposit
Enter the Transaction Date as validated by the bank
Select the correct bank name
Enter the deposit amount as validated by the bank
Click Save

19. Reports Print the T2-Nuts/Candy & Mags Report
Attach your validated deposit slip
Turn in all paperwork to your service unit volunteer
