3.  Goal is to provide solution for Water Supply in LaPlace  Variables that have changed since study completed in 2006 on proposed water plant for east bank of St. John  Reverse osmosis membrane units installed at Woodland Drive  New filters installed at Lions Plant  New regulations from LDHH  Hurricane Isaac exposed vulnerabilities  Proposed Conceptual Engineering Design for LaPlace water source includes six tasks  Water Committee recommended the proposed tasks Introduction
