10 10 Implementation of Peoplesoft 8.4 Points to Consider Start off with a strong IT Team Have all patches & bundles installed. Lay down an Issue Resolution Process to include the Functional as well as the technical team. Log every issue and prioritize. These will help you during future phases. Train every member of the Project team on how to use the Customer Connection. Develop a relationship with the Peoplesoft staff at the Global Support Center.
