5 Searches and Seizures The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated. - Fourth Amendment

6 The Relationship Between Schools and Minors Because every state in the union provides free public education to any minor, there is a whole body of law that has developed around the rights and responsibilities of students. There is also a body of law that has grown up around the rights and responsibilities of schools and their administrators.
