11 Public Comment – summarized input  As a public record of what J. Goldsmith said about the un-used rail line. The group heard her say pretty emphatically that none of our target industries – companies with 35 to a max of 50 employees would ever be of the size to require rail service. Her example of numbers of pallets an industry would have to be shipping to use rail vs truck was pretty convincing. While I respect the committee’s decision to not let the Friends of the Ecusta Trail present to the group at this time, I still think we have some knowledge to share that would be helpful.  On January 9, 2014, 7 pm, at the Community Services Building, Mr. Ned Doyle will present: “Clean Energy for TC”, examining the ways we as a community can get involved in a regional effort to bring solar power to the Mountains 1/8/201411
