11 Committee on Directorship (COD) Composition of COD – 1 member and alternate elected for each of the 12 districts – 4 ex-officio members – 2 COD Chair appointees Role of COD –Evaluates all nominees for the AFP Board –Creates slate of District and At-large Directors to be elected by the members
