3 Rules of the Luge  They start their run on the luge.  To start, they release their hands from the handles and begin racing.  Between the start and finish, they will need to steer and stay on the fastest part of the track.  Lugers have to stay in contact with a caveat.  If they crash, they are allowed to have a running start. They can’t be assited.
