5 Purpose 5 ● The wireless cardiac monitoring system allows patients to be monitored continuously for an extended, unlimited period and has been effective in the diagnosis of clinically significant, symptomatic, and asymptomatic cardiac arrhythmias. Furthermore, the technology has the potential to reduce patient error, enhance diagnostic accuracy, decrease time to diagnosis, and improve patient care.
