Annual Meeting, June 17-18 2014, Split, Croatia Data collection and metadata compilation in sea regions: current status Spatial and temporal data coverage EMODnet Chemistry UK Clean Safe Seas Evidence Group Started 1999 and still ongoing. 80 core stations around the UK. Additional opportunistic stations increase coverage. Contaminants measured in water, sediment and biota. Collated and QC filter applied through the MERMAN database. Annual submission to ICES for OSPAR assessment.

Annual Meeting, June 17-18 2014, Split, Croatia Data collection and metadata compilation in sea regions: Next steps EMODnet Chemistry Generate CDI and ODV files for 2013 contaminant data in Sept/Oct after ICES submission. Update previous files where data have since been updated or supplemented. Investigating a change to the licence conditions to remove ‘By negotiation’.
