17 GM Premium Marketing Requirements 17 Premium – Requirements (Jan – Dec) Complete two: Include in quarterly statement inserts/E-statements A direct mail/loan promotion piece Conduct GM email marketing campaign Complete all: Promote through newsletter/website articles within first 6 months of enrollment and annually thereafter Utilize lobby materials within 60 days of enrollment and ongoing thereafter – take ones, posters Place one GM web banners or links on website home page, loan page, member benefit page within 30 days of enrollment and ongoing thereafter

19 How it Works Credit unions integrate the Credit Union Member Discount from GM into their marketing and auto lending programs Credit unions manage their members and control the deal – The loan is the credit unions to own and requires proactive member engagement – Auto financing is a big profit center for dealers 19
