26 Release 2006: Patron Privacy INN-Reach circulation messages no longer include personal patron data when sent between local sites. Address is no longer a required field for INN-Reach patron verification.

27 Release 2006: Internationalization To accommodate titles of extended length, the number of characters from the title field sent in INN- Reach circulation messages now contain to 256 characters. (from 32 characters).

28 Release 2006: Standards An improved matching algorithm accommodates the 13 digit ISBN.

38 Release 2007: Custom forms for INN-Reach LDAP patron verification The LDAP version of the patron verification form will be customizable by library

39 Release 2007: Multiple Requests w/o reauthentication Patrons will be able to place multiple requests without needing to re-authenticate prior to each request

40 Release 2007: Placing requests on behalf of patrons Staff will have the ability to initiate INN-Reach requests on behalf of their patrons, using an agency-specific access code specifically designed for staff mediated requesting. Staff placing a request on behalf of a patron will have the ability to request a specific item. (It will also be possible to offer only staff-mediated requesting.)

41 Placing requests on behalf of patrons Launching the WebOPAC from Millennium Circulation, staff will be able to navigate to the central catalog an place an INN-Reach hold on behalf of a patron. In addition, staff placing a request on behalf of a patron will have the ability to request a specific item.

42 Release 2007: Customizable paging slips INN-Reach paging slips will be customizable, including the ability to use the paging slip a a bookband for self-service holds.

43 Release 2007:SIP2 Checkout for INN-Reach items It will be possible to checkout INN-Reach items on devices that use the Innovative SIP2 interface. SelfCheck units, such as 3M, will now be able to handle the INN-Reach virtual items

45 Local URL Local URL support provides a means for differentiating between generally available resources and locally licensed resources in the central catalog A locally defined MARC field will display in both the local and central catalog as a clickable link to the resource described.

46 NCIP support INN-Reach systems using the Innovative DCB system will have the option of providing NCIP messaging between the DCB system and their members who use non-Innovative library systems.

47 Pass2ILL, INN-Reach INN-Reach requests that could not be filled can be forwarded to the interlibrary loan department for further handling.

49 Secondary match on ISSN For INN-Reach systems that want to consider 022 subfields when records are loaded to the central server, secondary matching on ISSN will attempt a match on either the 022|a or the 022|y (if contained in identical subfields in the incoming record and the existing record)

50 ArticleReach Preferred Methods Patrons and participating libraries will be able to indicate their preferred methods of supply and delivery of articles requested via ArticleReach.

51 Customizable paging slips ArticleReach paging slips will be customizable, including the ability to print the Request ID as a scannable barcode so that staff processing the request can scan in the RequestID number.

52 Pass2ILL for Millennium ILL Article requests that cannot be supplied by an ArticleReach partner can be passed to Millennium ILL for further handling.
